September

I think if I wrote a book, I would title it “September”.  I love the Fall and what this season brings and just get giddy in anticipation.  It has always meant new beginnings to me.  Time to go back to school, be the new “me” I had planned and anticipated for, start new habits, break bad habits, all while enjoying the crunchy leaves, fall ambience and apple cider.  If you live in Virginia, also, the apple cider donuts from Carter’s Mountain!

As the years have gone by, I have become more in tune to my Creator, who also promises me that I am a new creation, or the new “me” I have desperately tried to create each and every year when Fall arrives.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says,

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
